- When is UCX London and where is it located?
UCX London takes place on 15-16 October 2026 at The Excel London.
- What makes Unified Communications EXPO the ONE place to be?

- I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?
Journalists, analysts and bloggers are all welcome at UCX London and are hosted in the fully equipped press office.
The press office has computers and printers, telephones, chairs, tables and refreshments and is only available for registered members of the press – once the registration form is completed (remember to click ‘I’m press or media’ on the screening question), your status as Press will be ‘Pending’ until the team have approved it.
- How do I print my badge?
Badges can be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) at the kiosks at the entrance to the event.
- I’m busy. Why should I take a day out of the office for the event?
It’s a great investment of time, especially for educational seminars. Unified Communications EXPO also brings together vendors, the channel and end users alike, it provides the perfect networking opportunity as well as concentrating the expertise of over 150+ expert exhibitors. So you can use this one event to get all the insights you need to stay competitive – quickly and efficiently.
- Will this actually help my business?
Absolutely it will help your business! Everything at our event is dedicated to delivering real commercial advantage. The insights, information and contacts you gain during your visit will quickly become productive assets after you leave.
- How much does it cost?
It is free of charge to attend. If you want to exhibit there is a cost.
- How do I obtain a visa letter?
Unfortunately we cannot issue letters of invitation for visa purposes. Once you have registered for the event via the event website you will receive a confirmation email which should be sufficient for visa applications.

- Can students attend?
Unified Communications EXPO is a business to business event and whilst we welcome students to join us and discuss technology with exhibitors we do restrict entry to after 12pm on Day 2 (Thursday) of the event. Students will not be granted access on Day 1, or the morning of Day 2.
- Is there an age restriction at the show?
Unified Communications EXPO is a business to business event so event registration and attendance is restricted to over 16s only. No one under the age of 16 will be admitted to the event.
Registering
- Can I register for more than one person at a time?
Due to data protection laws, you cannot register a colleague on their behalf, but you can invite them along to the event!
- I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition, how do I register?

Badges
- Will my badge give me access to all the event areas?
Yes, you will be given full access to all the theatres at DTX, UCX and DCX.
- How do I print my badge?
Badges can be printed using your unique badge code (detailed in your confirmation email) at the kiosks at the entrance to the event.
At the event
- How can I book a seminar or keynote session?
The seminar and keynote sessions are FREE to attend and seating is based on a first come first served basis.
- Is there somewhere to leave coats and luggage?
Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave your belongings. It is located in the foyer.
