Iffat Chaudhry - Founder, ‘DIET AV’ & ‘WhatIff?’ Podcast
Iffat Chaudhry, Sales Manager at M-cube, has been part of the audio-visual industry since 2006. Over the years, she has witnessed and adapted to its remarkable growth, in both size and impact, as technology has rapidly evolved. Her professional journey has been shaped by a deep interest in creating effective learning environments at work, a topic she explored during her MA in Leadership. By integrating coaching and motivational models, she has seen firsthand the transformative benefits these approaches can bring across a variety of professional settings. This experience sparked a strong passion for promoting equity within the AV industry. Her ultimate vision is to level the playing field for all, particularly through the use of technology. Bringing people together to move toward that vision is what drives her every day.

DOMINIC KENT - fOUNDER AND LEAD CONSULTANT, UC MARKETING LTD
Dominic Kent is a Freelance Content Marketing Consultant specialising in B2B SaaS, with a niche focus on unified communications, team collaboration, video conferencing, and contact centres. With a decade of hands-on experience in Unified Comms before moving into marketing, he offers a unique blend of subject matter expertise and content strategy.
He has worked with leading brands including RingCentral, TELUS, Nextiva, and UC Today, helping them grow through targeted, high-impact content.

CHRIS NETO - FOUNDER, #AVINTHEAM
Chris Neto, CTS, is a 27-year veteran of the audiovisual (AV) industry, known for his deep technical expertise, business acumen, and ability to foster community engagement. Throughout his career, Chris has seamlessly blended AV technology with strategic brand-building, making him a respected voice in the industry.
An award-winning AV professional, Chris is widely recognised for his innovative use of social media to connect industry professionals and spark meaningful discussions. As the founder of #AVinTheAM, a widely followed weekly Twitter (X) chat, he has created a dynamic forum where AV enthusiasts, integrators, manufacturers, and thought leaders come together to exchange insights, discuss trends, and tackle industry challenges.
Chris’s passion for storytelling, coupled with his extensive industry knowledge, has positioned him as a key influencer in the AV space. Whether through podcasts, social media campaigns, or industry events, he continuously finds creative ways to bridge technology and conversation. His work pushes the boundaries of how the AV industry engages with its audience, making him a driving force in both digital and real-world AV conversations.

ANNIKA RANGA - SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER, UNIVERSITY OF THE ARTS LONDON
Annika is the Senior Delivery Manager for AV programmes and projects at the University of Arts, London (UAL), working across all UAL colleges. In this role, she is responsible for managing AV Procurement, AV delivery, supplier negotiation, customer support, and stakeholder management. Annika has worked in Higher Education for the past ten years in London on large capital projects and working on creating new AV services and standards.

Nerys Corfield - Independent Contact Centre Consultant
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the contact centre industry, Nerys brings deep operational insight gained from running, analysing, and evaluating contact centres across a wide range of sectors. Her expertise, combined with a passion for contact centre technology, underpins a proven discovery framework that delivers practical, actionable recommendations across People, Processes, and Technology.
Known for her tenacious, creative, and unapologetically direct approach, she helps organisations drive transformation with clarity and confidence. Her work consistently supports improved operational performance, cost reduction, and enhanced customer experience.
Trevor butterworth - FOUNDER/ceo, the ukccf & contact centre monthly
Trevor Butterworth founded the South East Contact Centre Forum in 2009 as a regional operations user group and he has since launched five more regional forums covering London, the Midlands, Northern Ireland, the South East, Yorkshire and the East of England. He previously worked for 11 years as managing director in an outsourced contact centre company, but loves the variety and challenge of running such a dynamic and vibrant community user group.

XANDER FREEMAN - digital content DIRECTOR, CALL CENTRE HELPER
Xander Freeman is Director at Call Centre Helper, the world’s largest online community of contact centre professionals. He is a regular host and moderator of webinars, interviews, and live panels on a wide range of topics in the customer contact space – sharing insights on CX innovation, AI, workforce management, and more. Within his role, he manages the strategic direction of Call Centre Helper, ensuring that the organisation stays at the cutting edge of what both CX leaders and agents need to know to succeed in what can be an extremely challenging environment.

KATHRYN SIMONS-PORTER - Founder, Flourish
Kathryn has led a successful 30 year career in CCaaS and CX related tech, having worked for many leading vendors. In 2025 Kathryn became a certified CX Practitioner and more recently gained her Assessor & Coach qualification in Emotional Intelligence. In 2024 Kathryn co authored the world best selling book 'The Mindset', her own contribution being on the topic of how AI can develop greater levels of EQ in employees, leading to far greater business outcomes. Kathryn owns Flourish-ai and also works as a Fractional CCO/CRO/COO.

LUCIE CHILD - CUSTOMER DIRECTOR, TRANSPORT FOR GREATER MANCHESTER
Lucie Child is Head of Customer at Transport for Greater Manchester, where she’s on a mission to make the customer experience the best it can be across every touch point. With a background spanning public and private sectors - from retail and financial services to heritage - Lucie brings a fresh perspective to how organisations connect with the people they serve.
She’s passionate about putting customers at the heart of everything, shaping strategy and service to reflect real needs and experiences. Lucie is proud to be a judge for both the UK National Contact Centre Awards and the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards and chair the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Special Interest Group for the CCMA.

Greg Ferrari - executive director of performance & transformation, AAT
Greg joined AAT in February 2025, and leads the People, Finance, Tech and PMO teams. He previously led transformation programmes within the higher education sector, serving as COO at Advance HE, and Deputy CEO at QAA. Greg's other leadership roles include overseeing the assessment of A-Level, GCSE and vocational qualifications at Edexcel, and delivering a global customer experience strategy and infrastructure as VP CX at Pearson.

RHIO CORY - HEAD OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, TICKET TAILOR
Rhio Cory has spent almost a decade defining Digital Customer Experience strategy for SaaS platforms.
She is currently Head of Customer Experience at Ticket Tailor, where she leads the support and CX function. She has driven the transformation to an AI-first strategy, whilst preserving the 5-star customer support Ticket Tailor is known for. Rhio is known for customer strategies that combine scale with real results; she efficiently champions the customer voice to deliver exceptional experiences, without losing the human touch.

Sabina Onwuka - Head of Customer Service, Barking and Dagenham Council
Sabina Onwuka is a multi‑award‑winning customer experience consultant, strategist, international keynote speaker, and industry judge, with 25 years of hands‑on leadership across financial services and the public sector. Recognised among the Top 50 Women Shaping the Future of Customer Experience in 2024, a finalist for Women in CX Leader of the Year 2025, recognised amongst top 50 incredible people shaping CX in 2025 and recently recognised amongst top 50 CX leaders 2026 to follow, Sabina has built a reputation as a catalyst for transformative, people‑centric service delivery.
A passionate coach and mentor, Sabina brings creativity, operational rigor, and a genuine desire to exceed expectations. As the role of the manager is changing, Sabina recently launched The Future Ready Manager Masterclass series to help empower operational leaders to use AI effectively while strengthening empathy, ethics, and leadership. And has written an eBook titled “Coaching Mid-level Managers in an AI-Augment World”. Her ethos bridges technology and compassion, making her a standout voice in ethics‑driven CX.
Currently serving as Head Customer Services for the Barking and Dagenham Council, Sabina has led major operational transformations. Her major achievement involved implementing an inclusive speech analytics and AI platform. This innovation dramatically improved support for vulnerable residents, enabling the council to proactively identify individuals in need, respond with empathy and urgency, and enhance overall accessibility. This innovation won bronze at the esteemed European Contact Centre & Customer Services award in 2025 and Gold at the Smarter Working Live Awards in 2024.
Sabina’s leadership is defined by combining digital innovation with deep human insight. She successfully transitioned her service teams from traditional office‑based setups to fully remote, cloud‑enabled operations, while embedding psychological safety, fostering motivation, and empowering employees to elevate customer interactions.
